What is your minimum order quantity, and can we mix models?
The standard MOQ is 30 complete kits per model, but you may mix different Light Panel SKUs in one purchase order to reach that total. For pilot stores we accept 10-kit trial lots at sample pricing.
How do we order samples, and can the cost be credited?
Demo kits ship in 3–5 working days and arrive via DHL/UPS in 4–8 days. 100 % of the sample + freight cost is credited against the first bulk order of the same model placed within six months.
Which certifications do the panels carry?
All models are CE, RoHS and FCC compliant. For North America we supply ETL/UL-listed drivers (add ≈ 10 days). CB, SAA or PSE reports can be arranged on request.
What OEM / ODM options are available?
