What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and can we mix different models to reach it?
Our standard MOQ is 50 complete kits per purchase order. You can freely mix any polygonal models—e.g., 20 kits of ZT3048, 15 kits of ZT5018 and 15 kits of ZG/A40—to reach the 50-kit threshold. For pilot stores or showroom mock-ups we can ship as few as 10 kits, but sample pricing applies until the MOQ is met.
Can you provide evaluation samples, and how quickly can we receive them?
Yes. We keep demo stock (1–3 kits per model) on hand. Samples leave our warehouse within 3–5 working days after payment and typically arrive:
